DATA ENTRY PAGE 

This page is an exact replica of the data entry page you would use to enter your prospects into the database. It can be customized to include or exclude various departments, or to add a newsletter only subscription box as well. It's your system - we design it to suit your needs. Simply click the box next to sales, enter your name and email address, enter a fictitious name as the salesperson (used for tracking activity) and click on Enter Data. You will see a confirmation and when you return to this page it will be ready for the next prospect!  We are using a fictional dealership that offers Rolls Royces, Aston Martins and Maseratis because we like those cars.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Check the box next to type of visit - Sales, Parts, or Service.

 
2. Enter in the First, Last, email address and Salesperson name.  USE Upper/Lower Case, as this is how it will appear in future letters to the client.

 
3. Hit [Enter Data].  That's It.  You will receive a confirmation that the information was entered correctly.  If you receive an error, It's typically because the client is already in the database.
